The Mentor Package
The basic package is available from £500 per month and includes:
- A business review
- Two half days on site
- Telephone support

The Commitment:
I require a three month commitment.
After that you are at liberty to increase, reduce or stop the work as you require.
The reason for this structure is that there is significant time required by me when I first work with a client. Also, I am confident, that after three months, I will have demonstrated the value I can provide to you and your business.
What can you use the Mentor Package for? Whatever you wish. For example:
- Business Planning – Produce a plan or review an existing plan
- Sales & Marketing – Develop a targeted approach to find new customers
- Exit Strategy – What do you need to do now to maximise value when you sell
- Independent Review – Not biased by personalities or company politics
- Lateral Thinking – and the good tips I have learnt from previous clients
- Personal Development – including effective time management
