The company was established by Alan Cook to provide Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (SME’s) with the range of skills normally only available to large organisations.  These services must be cost effective to be justified and the benefits must be transparent to the client.

Alan is an experienced executive with international knowledge, having a twenty year track record of business growth and profit improvement.  He has dealt with suppliers in Europe, USA and the Far East.  He is familiar with distribution, added value and assembly operations and has particular skills in profit maximisation, sales, marketing and staff motivation.

The method used is to meet with the senior management of the organisation, at their premises, for a Business Health Check Meeting which takes about an hour.  Provided the business meets some simple qualifying criteria that meeting is FREE.

This enables enough information to be gathered to identify areas for improvement or issues to be resolved.  These will be discussed at the end of the meeting focussing on areas which are most important to you.  Following the meeting a proposal will be presented which will outline the opportunities available.  All costs will be discussed, together with the expected benefits, so that the client is fully informed from the start.
